They were friendly, professional and things were done in a timely manner. Dr. Thomas and his nurse were great. The only problem was the length of time it took to get an appointment through the new Alliance Company.
I've been seeing Dr. John Moore for several years. He's very professional and extremely competent. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with gastrointestinal issues.

As a 25 year colon cancer survivor, I have had multiple colonoscopies over the years. North Hills facility was clean and efficient and the employees pleasant, but I did not have the best experience with my procedure. I did not care for the choice in conscious sedation medications and felt I was rushed out the door way too soon for the amount of medication I was given. In my previous experiences, I may have fallen asleep often through the remainder of the day, but at least I remembered dressing myself and leaving the facility. I am thankful this was not my first colonoscopy and hope my next experience is better. I will definitely ask more questions next time.
